America, we have a problem. The financial and economic crisis that erupted in 2008 caused a dramatic increase in hunger that our local food pantries are still struggling to keep up with.
If 10% of voters donated just one canned good on their way to the polls, we could restock America's food pantries with over 243 million cans.
I, , pledge to donate a canned good to my local food pantry on election day, November 6.
